Here at Lavender Owl Farm, our experienced team of magicians guides you through the process to a perfect wedding day with minimal impact on your budget, stress level, and valuable time.  Planning a wedding is not everyone’s idea of fun; it does not need to be overly complicated, expensive, or stressful! It does, however, need to be uniquely you! 

We include many in-house services and options to help with your planning and day-of setup, saving you some time and money. Other services can be added as your ideas, needs, and budget start coming together.

Venue Manager

Our venue manager services are there to ensure the space is clean, tidy, ready for your arrival. and be on site for questions and problems if they arise.

Day Of Coordinator Duties

Seating and Furniture 

We provide ceremony seating, and casual dining with 8’ and 10’ farm tables, 72" rounds. folding chairs, picnic tables, patio seating, and décor tables for your welcome signs, gifts, desserts, or other displays. 

Simple Décor

If you trust us to set the stage for your day, our simple décor package provides a selection of fabrics, lanterns, vases, bottles, and other rustic décor items ready for use. 

Dressing Rooms

Our main wedding suite is available for getting ready and dressing with multiple makeup stations and lots of room to dress. ...See More

Our newly renovated RV/tiny house makes a perfect getting-ready space for smaller wedding parties or the extra few VIPS

Ceremony Spaces

Included in all Packages: Our ceremony garden includes a 9’ x 9’ rustic log gazebo with a wooden floor to decorate however you desire unless you are happy with our simple décor.

For smaller groups, on rainy days and off-season, Ceremonies ban be held in the courtyard or in the barn.

Saloon and Patio

Our rustic Lazy Dog Saloon is the perfect place for your beverages and appetizers with outside patio and covered lounge seating and plenty of room for games! 

Partnering with our Bar and Beverage team, we offer seasonal local beers and cider on tap, red and white wine, hard seltzer, and fresh organic homemade lemonade and iced tea are always available.

What you can add

We offer a few in-house services and options to help with your planning and day-of setup, saving you some time and money. These options can be added to any package during your planning as your ideas, needs and budget start coming together. Our minimum rental time is two hours.

DJ Service - from $1100

A DJ does more than just play music! Good sound equipment is recommended for your ceremony when you have more than 20 guests, and of course for great party moods when you have a large crowd!

Additional Venue Hours - $120

If you need just extra time to set up additional décor or get ready, extend your photo session, or the party is too good to end, you can add an hour or two as needed. 

Additional Guests - $20

We allow 10 additional guests to some packages for those last few guests and late RSVPs. Everyone over the age of 2 yrs. is counted as a guest. 80 guests are comfortable here, but we can add a few more if needed. 

Overnight Stay - $135 per night 

The 'Owl's Nest' (Airbnb suite) and 'Garden Manor' (Glamping RV)  are both available for an overnight stay the night of your wedding.

Officiant Services - $300

Full-Service Floral and Coordination

My Melissa Events combines her experience of creating and coordinating your florals, décor, and day of activities in one convenient package created especially for Lavender Owl Farm. 


Rehearsals, Showers, Wedding Party lunch 

Working with a local catering service we can arrange lunch for up to 20 guests.


What You Can Provide

Finding the perfect vendor can be overwhelming when you don’t know where to start. We have a list of recommended professional vendors who know the property. You are also welcome to source your own for us to meet and approve! All vendors must be professional, licensed, and insured businesses and be able to provide a certificate of liability insurance. 

Catering 

We have some favorites we trust and recommend to provide the best of food and service. We allow traditional full catering, on-site BBQ catering, and food trucks. check our catering requirements

Full-Service Planner & Coordinator

If you are working with your own wedding planner and/or day-of coordinator, we can help incorporate their services with ours. All our weddings are staffed with an in-house event manager and assistant.

 Floral and Décor

Our in-house floral designer and decorator can create all your wedding floral needs from bouquets and boutonnieres to creations for the wedding arch and table displays. From simple to elaborate, the choice is yours.

Photography

There are some amazing spots for creative photography all around the property and for those romantic ‘golden hour’ shots. Check our list for those we love working with.

Officiant/Minister/Pastor/Other…

Whatever your preference is, a person registered and recognized by the state is required to perform the ceremony and complete the legal paperwork. We can also provide ceremony service for you. ... see more

DJ/Music

A DJ/MC goes a long way in setting the mood of your day and entertaining your guests. They work closely with your DOC to coordinate and provide sound and music for your ceremony, dinner, and dancing for later. Some even provide officiant services!

Hair and Makeup 

The bridal suite has plenty of mirrors and tables for all your onsite getting-ready needs.
